We were asked to determine unique money transfer use cases for both Kenya and Tanzania in order to inform the product roadmap.
We used a mix of Ethnography and case studies as well as participant observations and in-depth interviews in order to develop a solid fact base for our recommendations.
We were able to make M-Pesa adaptable to differing users by introducing segment-specific offerings/features. This project was run in collaboration with 2CV Research from the UK.
